Commonwork at Kent Life in West Kent is set in delightful, peaceful organic gardens with acres of rolling countryside to explore, yet within easy reach of central London and key transport links.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue with sustainability at the heart of its operation and something that you can ‘make your own’ Commonwork has all you need.
The venue consists of a beautiful, historic manor house – Kent Life House and a range of spacious, converted farm buildings set in beautiful gardens.
Kent Life offers a great sense of peace, which can be felt in the arrangement of the rooms, in the courtyard, lawns and walled garden looking over the reflecting pool towards trees and fields. We do all we can to foster this in a way that you can make the spaces your own for your stay.
The Large Barn is the perfect room for a traditional rustic reception, you are able to completely make the Large Barn your own and the room can be dressed exactly how you choose.
The Large Barn can accommodate 90 people for a seated meal and 100 people for an evening reception. The whole site hire is on a 48 hour basis giving you plenty of time to set up and break down.
There is also plenty of accommodation on site, we can sleep up to 48 guests!
